Common questions
How do I join an online Al-Anon meeting?
Open the meeting’s page here and follow the link to the fellowship’s own listing, which has the current joining details. We never publish meeting links or passcodes, because groups change them.
What time zone are the times in?
UK and Ireland time, as the fellowships publish them. If your device is set to another time zone, the lists on this page also show your local time.
Is there a meeting every day?
Yes. Every day of the week has at least 1 online Al-Anon meetings listed. The list at the top of this page shows the next ones to start.
Do I have to speak or turn my camera on?
Nobody has to share. Many people join a first meeting just to listen. If a group has its own guidance on cameras or introductions, the fellowship’s listing will say so.
Stepwise Recovery is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Al‑Anon Family Groups, SMART Recovery, or any twelve‑step fellowship or mutual‑aid programme.
Meeting listings can change; always confirm details through the fellowship’s own listing before joining.
