Watford Tuesday is an Al-Anon Family Group meeting online every Tuesday at 7.30pm, UK and Ireland time, running for about an hour and a half. It is for anyone whose life is, or has been, affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, offering a space to talk about the impact of that relationship rather than the drinking itself. The meeting is open, so newcomers unsure whether Al-Anon is the right fit are welcome to attend and listen before deciding. Members support each other in working out how to look after their own wellbeing alongside someone else's drinking, whatever stage that relationship is at.
