Athlone St. Mary’s

On Saturdays at 1pm, Athlone St. Mary's holds a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at St. Ciarans House at Knights Hall on St. Mary's Square, Athlone, Co. Westmeath which follows a traditional format on the last Saturday of the month, combining readings from the Big Book with members' shares. On other Saturdays it runs as a standard closed meeting for people with a desire to stop drinking. Either way, the meeting is free to attend and there is no booking system, so members can simply arrive shortly before 1pm. Wheelchair access at Knights Hall has not been confirmed, so it would be worth checking with the group beforehand if you need step-free entry to the venue.
