12-step meetings in Boston

Narcotics Anonymous (NA) runs both of Boston’s weekly meetings, held on two days at the Framework Building and Centenary Methodist Church. They are free to attend and open to anyone with a desire to stop using drugs; no referral, no booking. If you need meetings on other days or from other fellowships, the nearby hubs of Spalding, Sleaford, Horncastle and Skegness are worth checking.

Spot something wrong? Meeting times and venues change. Every meeting page has a one-tap “it’s running” confirm and a report button — that is what keeps this directory honest. Know a meeting we’re missing? Add it here.

Going to your first meeting?

Walking into a room for the first time is the hardest step. Our free tools, worksheets and reading can help you prepare, at no cost. If the cost of a written guide is ever a barrier, gifted copies are available through Pay It Forward.

Stepwise Recovery is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Al‑Anon Family Groups, SMART Recovery, or any twelve‑step fellowship or mutual‑aid programme.

Meeting listings can change; always confirm details through the fellowship’s own finder before travelling.
