St Albans Candlelit

St Albans Candlelit meets on Friday evenings at 8pm at St Saviour's Church Hall, 25 Sandpit Lane, and runs for an hour and a quarter. The candlelit format gives the meeting a calmer, more reflective feel than a brightly lit hall, which some people find easier, especially at the end of a long week. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome: people with a desire to stop drinking, family members, friends and professionals alike. The hall is wheelchair accessible. Nobody will ask you to speak or to give more than a first name, and attendance is free. There is no booking or referral; arriving a few minutes before 8pm is all that is needed.
