St Albans Beginners

St Albans Beginners meets on Monday evenings at 8pm at St Stephen's Church Hall on Watling Street, running for an hour and a quarter. As a beginners meeting it is deliberately geared towards people who are new to AA, so if this would be your first meeting anywhere, it is a particularly good place to start: expect straightforward sharing and people who remember exactly what walking through the door for the first time felt like. It is an open meeting too, so family, friends and professionals may attend alongside anyone with a desire to stop drinking. The hall is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost, no booking and no paperwork; just arrive shortly before 8pm.
