St Albans Lunchtime Feelings

St Albans Lunchtime Feelings meets on Saturdays at 12.30pm in the vestry, upstairs at the Methodist Church, 69 Marlborough Road, and runs for a full hour and a half. The sharing centres on feelings, the emotional weather of getting and staying sober, rather than working through a set text, and the unhurried length gives everyone room to speak or simply listen. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including family, friends and professionals as well as anyone with a desire to stop drinking. Note that the meeting room is upstairs in the vestry. There is no charge and no booking; arriving a few minutes before half past twelve on a Saturday is all you need to do.
