South Woodford

On Saturday nights, South Woodford's Alcoholics Anonymous meeting is held at the Methodist Church Hall on Derby Road, starting at 8pm and running for an hour and a half. Weekend evenings can be the hardest time for anyone trying to stay away from a drink, and a Saturday meeting gives that part of the week some structure. It is an open meeting, so you are welcome whether you have a desire to stop drinking or you are a family member, friend or professional wanting to learn how AA works. The hall is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge, no booking and no expectation that you will speak; listening is fine.
