Limerick City Sarsfield Group

As well as its Monday afternoon beginners' session, the Sarsfield Group also holds a regular meeting the same day at 6pm, again in the Lough Gur Room at the Maldron Hotel on Roxboro Road in Limerick City. It is a closed meeting, for those with a desire to stop drinking, following AA's usual practice rather than being open to the general public. Running two meetings on the same Monday, at different times and formats, gives people flexibility to choose whichever suits their schedule better. Members share their own experience of recovery in the standard AA way, without professional facilitation. There is no cost to attend and no need to book, with the group supported entirely by voluntary contributions.
