Gam-Anon Southampton

Gam-Anon Southampton meets once a month, on the last Sunday, at 7pm at St Joseph's Hall on Bugle Street. Since this is not a weekly meeting, it's worth checking the date falls on the last Sunday of the month before setting off. The fellowship exists for people affected by someone else's gambling, such as partners, parents, adult children and friends, rather than for the person who gambles themselves. You're welcome regardless of whether the gambling is ongoing, has stopped, or the relationship has since changed, and you don't need to bring the person concerned. The meeting runs for two hours, giving space to share experience and support one another. It's free to attend, with no booking or referral needed beforehand.
