About this meeting

Every Monday at midday, Consett Reconnect and Recover brings members of Narcotics Anonymous together in Consett, at Glenroyd House. Nobody is turned away who has a desire to stop using drugs, which is the only condition Narcotics Anonymous sets for attending. Narcotics Anonymous is a worldwide fellowship of people who share their experience with one another in order to recover from addiction. It is free to attend and there is no need to register beforehand, in keeping with how NA meetings are run right across the country. It follows the usual NA format of members sharing their own experience with one another, rather than receiving formal treatment or counselling.
