Brighton Kemptown Big Book

Kemptown Big Book meets late on Thursday mornings in The Crypt at St Georges Church, St Georges Road, Kemptown, starting at 11.30am and running for a generous hour and a half. The group spends its time in the Big Book, Alcoholics Anonymous' core text, reading and discussing how its programme of recovery works in practice; the longer format allows room to go into the material properly. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether you have a desire to stop drinking or you are a family member, friend or professional wanting to understand more. The Crypt is wheelchair accessible. Attending costs nothing and requires no booking; arrive a few minutes before 11.30am and take a seat.
