The Arklow group meets on Tuesday evenings at 8pm at the CBS School on Coolgreaney Road, one of three weekly meetings it holds in the town. This is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, for people who share a desire to stop drinking, and it is free to attend with no booking required, as with every AA meeting. The CBS School venue gives the group a well-known base on Arklow's Coolgreaney Road, easy to find for anyone visiting the meeting for the first time. The Tuesday slot is the first of the week's three meetings, followed later by sessions on Thursday and Sunday.
