Sunderland Lifeboat Multi-Group Big Book Study

Sunderland Lifeboat Multi-Group Big Book Study meets on Sunday evenings at 7.30pm at Faringdon Youth & Community Centre on Allendale Road, Sunderland. Over an hour and a half, the meeting studies the Big Book, Alcoholics Anonymous's basic text, drawing members from several local groups, which is where the multi-group name comes from. It is an open meeting, so you can come along whatever your connection: your own drinking, someone else's, or professional interest. A chit system is available, meaning the group can sign attendance slips as evidence for court, probation or a treatment programme. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and as always with AA there is nothing to pay and no booking; just arrive for 7.30pm.
