Newcomer’s Meeting

The Newcomer's Meeting is exactly what its name promises: a Narcotics Anonymous meeting in Blackburn built around people coming to NA for the first time. It runs every Friday at 7.30pm at the Community Hub, 35 Railway Road, directly opposite Blackburn Cathedral and a short walk from both the bus and train stations. Doors open at 7pm, giving newcomers half an hour to arrive, get a brew and settle in before the meeting starts. It is an open meeting lasting an hour and a half, with a format that varies week to week, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you are anxious about walking into your first meeting, this is the one in East Lancashire designed to make that first walk easier.
