Keep Coming Back — named for the phrase heard at the end of almost every NA meeting in the world — meets on Monday evenings at 7pm in the top-floor meeting room of the Community Hub at 35 Railway Road, Blackburn, opposite the Cathedral. It is a closed meeting for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, running for an hour and a half with a format that varies from week to week. Note that the room is on the top floor, so access involves stairs. Its central location next to the bus and train stations makes it an easy Monday commitment for anyone in the Blackburn area.
Who should come to this meeting?
Anyone with a desire to stop using drugs, or anyone questioning their using. As a closed meeting it is reserved for people seeking recovery themselves, which many find makes sharing easier.
Is there level access?
The meeting room is on the top floor of the Community Hub, so there are stairs. If access is a barrier, the Friday Newcomer's Meeting in the same building may be a better option — or contact the venue about lifts.
What does it cost?
Nothing. NA has no fees — a collection pot goes round for those who can contribute towards rent and tea, but it is entirely voluntary.
