12-step meetings in Romsey

Romsey’s two Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings both take place at the Abbey Hall, covering two days of the week. They are free to attend, with no booking or referral — just walk in. Because the local timetable is small, many people also use meetings in Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester, all a short journey away, to cover other days.

Going to your first meeting?

Walking into a room for the first time is the hardest step. Our free tools, worksheets and reading can help you prepare, at no cost. If the cost of a written guide is ever a barrier, gifted copies are available through Pay It Forward.

Stepwise Recovery is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Al‑Anon Family Groups, SMART Recovery, or any twelve‑step fellowship or mutual‑aid programme.

Meeting listings can change; always confirm details through the fellowship’s own finder before travelling.
