Wigan Sunshine House

Wigan Sunshine House meets on Tuesdays at 7.30pm at the Sunshine House Community Hub on Wellington Street, running for approximately ninety minutes. It is a closed meeting, meaning it is for those with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to family or professional observers. The community hub is wheelchair accessible. As with all AA meetings, attendance is free and there is no need to book ahead; people can simply arrive for 7.30pm and take a seat. Held in a community hub rather than a church, it offers a slightly different setting from many of the other Wigan-area meetings, while keeping to the same closed format.
