Wigan

The Wigan meeting is held every Wednesday at 7pm in Queens Hall Methodist Church on Market Street, in the town centre, and lasts about ninety minutes. It is a closed meeting, for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to family, friends or professional visitors. The Methodist church is wheelchair accessible. There is no cost involved and no need to book a place beforehand, as is the case with every AA meeting, so anyone can arrive shortly before 7pm and find a seat. Being on Market Street puts it right in the heart of Wigan, making it an easy meeting to reach on foot from the town centre or by bus.
