Weston-Super-Mare Serenity By Candlelight

Serenity By Candlelight gives Weston-super-Mare a distinctive midweek meeting, held by candlelight on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at Worle Community Centre on Lawrence Road, Worle. The softer lighting lends the hour a quiet, reflective atmosphere that regulars clearly value. It is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so anyone is welcome, including family, friends and professionals as well as people with a desire to stop drinking. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. The group operates a chit system, signing attendance slips where needed for court, probation or treatment. As with every AA meeting there is no charge and no booking; simply arrive shortly before the 7.30pm start.
