About this meeting

The Just 4 Today Meeting brings Narcotics Anonymous members together each Thursday morning at St Saviour's Church on Locking Road in Weston-super-Mare. Starting at 10:30 and running for about an hour and a half, this is a Just For Today book study, where members read a daily meditation and share how its ideas apply to staying clean one day at a time. The reflective, page-by-page format suits people who value structure and a slower pace to their week. It's a members' meeting, meaning it's intended for anyone with a desire to stop using drugs. If you're newer to NA, arriving a few minutes early gives you time to settle in before the reading begins. No sign-up is needed — just come along.

Common questions

Who can attend this meeting?

This is a closed meeting, which in NA means it's for people who have a desire to stop using drugs. If that's you, you're welcome regardless of what you've used or how long you've struggled. Open meetings, by contrast, welcome family and friends too, but this one is intended for members.

Do I need to book, and is there a cost?

There's no booking and no charge. Narcotics Anonymous meetings are free to attend and run on voluntary contributions from members to cover costs like the room. Just turn up on Thursday for the 10:30 start at St Saviour's Church.

What happens in a Just For Today book study?

Members read that day's entry from the Just For Today book and share their thoughts on how it relates to living clean. The format is steady and reflective, so it's an easy meeting to sit in on if you're finding your feet.
