Uddingston 12 Step

Uddingston Old Parish Church on Old Glasgow Road hosts this 12 Step meeting every Tuesday at half past seven in the evening, running for about ninety minutes. It is a closed meeting, intended for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than family, friends or professionals wanting to attend as observers. There is no cost and no need to book, you can simply arrive before the start time. The church is wheelchair accessible, and a chit system operates for anyone needing a signed attendance slip for court, probation or a treatment service. Working through AA's twelve steps in sequence, the group gives Uddingston, on the eastern edge of Greater Glasgow, its own regular focus on step work alongside the usual sharing.
