Tenterden Tuesday

Every Tuesday at 8pm, the EC30 Community Cafe on Recreation Road in Tenterden hosts an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting. Al-Anon is a fellowship for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, regardless of whether that person is still drinking. The meeting is open, so you do not need to have attended before, and there is no need to bring the person whose drinking affected you, since the group is there for your own support. Members spend an hour and a half sharing their experience of coping and what has helped them. Attendance is free and there is no need to book a space.
