Telford Oakengates

There is also a Saturday Telford Oakengates meeting, held at 7.30pm at the Salvation Army Citadel on Lion Street, and lasting an hour and a half. Like its midweek counterpart, it is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so anyone affected by drinking is welcome, whether they have a desire to stop themselves or are supporting someone else. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop. A Saturday evening slot offers an alternative for anyone who cannot make weekday meetings, or who simply prefers to attend at the weekend. There is no charge to attend and no need to book, so you can arrive a few minutes before 7.30pm.
