Taunton Topic

The Taunton Topic meeting rounds off the week at the Albemarle Centre on Albemarle Road, running every Friday evening from 7.30pm for around ninety minutes. It is an open meeting, so newcomers, visitors and family members can attend alongside regular members. A chit system operates here, and the venue offers wheelchair access, making it a practical choice for members with mobility needs. As with other Topic meetings, sessions are built around a chosen theme each week, giving attendees a focus for discussion as they talk through their desire to stop drinking and the week just gone. The Friday slot gives the Albemarle Centre a further weekly AA meeting alongside the Newcomers and Share groups held there.
