On Wednesday at 7.30pm, Cocaine Anonymous members meet in Swindon for Swindon Newcomers. You will find it at St Johns Church, 131 Whitbourne Ave, Swindon, SN3 2LH. The meeting runs for around an hour. This session is for members only, meaning anyone with a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances is welcome, but it is not an open meeting for friends, family or professionals. It is particularly geared towards newcomers, and it is built around a speaker sharing their own story. Chits are signed on request for members who need to show proof of attendance to a court, probation service or treatment provider. This venue has wheelchair access. On site parking. No booking is needed and there is no cost to attend.
Can I bring a friend or family member?
Not to this particular session. It is restricted to people who share a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances, so it is not open to friends or family members.
Does it cost anything to attend, and do I need to book?
No. Like all Cocaine Anonymous meetings, it is free to attend and there is no need to book or register in advance, just come along.
Does this meeting offer signed attendance slips?
This meeting operates a chit system, so attendance slips are available on request for court, probation or treatment purposes.
