It brings together women in and around Swansea who share a desire to stop drinking, in a setting where sharing can happen without men in the room. As a closed meeting, it is reserved for those seeking recovery from alcohol themselves rather than for family, friends or professionals wishing to observe. The venue is wheelchair accessible, making it straightforward for anyone with mobility needs to attend. There is no fee and no need to contact anyone beforehand, you can simply arrive shortly before midday. Alongside the Friday session at the same venue, it gives women in the city two weekly options.
