Sutton Tuesday

Sutton's Tuesday Al-Anon group meets at the Friends Meeting House on Cedar Road, starting at 8pm and running for about an hour and a half. Al-Anon Family Groups exists for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, whether that person is a partner, parent, adult child, sibling or friend, and the meeting itself is entirely focused on the person attending rather than the one drinking. Being an open meeting, it is not limited to people who already consider themselves Al-Anon members; newcomers, visitors and professionals can all sit in. There is no register, no assessment and no requirement to say anything at all if you would rather listen. The Quaker meeting house on Cedar Road is a quiet, straightforward venue to find in Sutton.
