About this meeting

Stourport Big Book Study meets on Sunday afternoons at 3.45pm in the Elizabeth Mills Centre on Sion Gardens, in the centre of Stourport-on-Severn, and runs for a generous hour and a half. The group studies the Big Book, Alcoholics Anonymous's core text, reading and then sharing on how its programme applies in daily life. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, including family members, friends and professionals as well as anyone with a desire to stop drinking. The centre is wheelchair accessible. The group can also sign attendance slips, sometimes called chits, for people who need to show a court, probation officer or treatment provider that they attended. Entry is free and no booking is required.
