Staines Big Book Discussion

Staines Big Book Discussion meets on Wednesday late mornings at 10.45am in Staines Baptist Church on Hale Street. As the name suggests, the format is a discussion based on the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book, and the session runs for an hour and a half. Being a closed meeting, it is limited to those with a desire to stop drinking, which the group finds allows for franker, more personal conversation. There is no cost to attend and no need to book a place in advance. Wheelchair access at the church has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs may wish to get in touch with the group ahead of a Wednesday visit.
