Shaw

The Shaw meeting is held on Monday evenings at 8pm in Holy Trinity Church Hall on Church Road, Shaw, near Oldham, and lasts an hour. It is a closed meeting, so it is for AA members and for people with a desire to stop drinking, rather than family, friends or professionals attending to observe. The church hall is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge to attend and no booking process, as with all AA meetings, so eligible newcomers can simply arrive shortly before 8pm. It is the main listed AA meeting for the Shaw area within the wider Oldham district.
