About this meeting
Reading Monday brings Al-Anon Family Groups to Reading on Mondays at 8pm. The group supports people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking, be that a partner, parent, adult child or friend. It offers a chance to talk in confidence about how someone else's drinking has affected you, and to hear how others cope. The meeting is open and runs for an hour and a half at Watlington House, 44 Watlington Street. You can come alone, without the person who drinks. It's free to attend and there's no booking system; just arrive a few minutes early.
