Reading Living Sober

Reading Living Sober meets on Saturday afternoons at 12.30pm in Wesley Methodist Church on Queens Road, and runs for around an hour and a half, giving a weekend daytime option in the town centre. The meeting draws on the Living Sober book, which looks at practical ways of coping without drinking in everyday situations. It is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so anyone with an interest, including friends, family and professionals, is welcome alongside those with a desire to stop drinking. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed for this venue, so it is worth checking ahead if needed. There is no cost to attend and no requirement to book a place beforehand.
