Reading Monday

Reading has a regular Gamblers Anonymous meeting at Kennet Valley Free Church, meeting every Monday at 7.30pm. The meeting is open, meaning it welcomes anyone with a desire to stop gambling, along with partners, relatives, friends and other supporters. It runs for about two hours from start to finish. Membership is entirely voluntary and, as with other Gamblers Anonymous groups, the meeting relies on its own members rather than outside professionals. Turning up is all that's required; there's no cost and no need to register in advance. The group welcomes newcomers as warmly as regular members.
