Portslade Child Friendly

The Friday edition of Portslade Child Friendly meets at 10.30am at South Portslade Community Centre on Church Road, Brighton, and runs for an hour. As the name says, this is a meeting where bringing your children along is expected and absolutely fine, which makes a morning meeting genuinely reachable for parents of young families. In AA terms it is a closed meeting, held for people who have a desire to stop drinking, and that includes anyone still working out whether AA is right for them. The community centre is wheelchair accessible. It is free to attend and nobody books ahead. The group meets three mornings a week in total, with Wednesday and Thursday sessions at the same time and venue.
