Polegate Monday

Polegate Monday meets weekly at 7pm at Polegate United Reformed Church Hall on Victoria Road, at the corner of Cross Street, East Sussex. Al-Anon Family Groups are for people whose lives have been affected by someone else's drinking, such as partners, parents, adult children and friends, rather than the person who drinks. It is an open meeting, so anyone with an interest, including someone attending for the first time, is welcome without prior arrangement. The meeting lasts an hour and 15 minutes. There is no charge and no booking process; those looking for the entrance should watch for the church hall at the Cross Street corner and arrive a little before 7pm.
