Out in Langney on the eastern side of Eastbourne, the Langley Daily Reflection group meets on Saturdays at 6pm at St Barnabas Church, 34 Kingfisher Drive. The hour-long meeting takes its theme from Daily Reflections, AA's book of short daily readings, giving each week a simple starting point for sharing. It is an open meeting, so anyone may attend, including partners, family members, friends and professionals who want to see what AA is like from the inside. The church is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge and no need to give notice; arriving a little before 6pm is all that is required, and you are free to just sit and listen.
Can I come along if I am not an alcoholic myself?
