About this meeting
The Plymouth Thursday group meets at Christ Church on Leypark Walk in Estover, on the northern edge of the city, every Thursday at 7.30pm for around an hour and a half. It is an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting, part of a fellowship for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, covering partners, parents, adult children, siblings and friends without distinction. Because the meeting is open, you do not need to have attended before or already identify as Al-Anon to come along; newcomers, visitors and professionals are equally welcome. Nobody will put you on the spot to speak. Plymouth also has a separate Tuesday Al-Anon group in Estover, so residents on that side of the city have a choice of evenings.
