About this meeting

Living in the Solution brings a weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meeting to Pill, the village on the Somerset side of the Avon a few miles west of Bristol. It meets on Thursdays at 7.30pm at The Salvation Army, 1 Heywood Road, and lasts an hour. The name reflects the meeting's outlook, concentrating on what works in sobriety rather than dwelling on the past. It is open, so anyone may attend, including family, friends and professionals as well as anyone with a desire to stop drinking. The venue is wheelchair accessible. For people in Pill, Easton-in-Gordano and Portishead's outskirts, it saves the trip into Bristol for a midweek meeting.
