Peterborough Daily Reflections

For those who prefer to start the week with a meeting, Peterborough Daily Reflections also gathers on Monday mornings at 10am at the Quakers Meeting House, 21 Thorpe Road. The hour-long format is built around the day's reading from Daily Reflections, AA's book of short daily meditations, followed by sharing. It is a closed meeting, kept for people who have a desire to stop drinking themselves, and anyone in that position can walk in without booking, cost or introduction. The Meeting House is wheelchair accessible. A morning meeting can be a steadying way to begin a Monday, and the same venue hosts a Friday evening Daily Reflections meeting and a Wednesday lunchtime meeting too.
