Out In The Woods

Out In The Woods is an outdoor meeting held every Monday at 7pm in the garden of The Asha Centre at Gunn Mill House on Lower Spout Lane, serving Drybrook, Longhope, Lydbrook, Mitcheldean and Ruardean in the Forest of Dean. It lasts about an hour and is open, so anyone affected by drinking is welcome, whether they have a desire to stop themselves or are there to support someone else. Meeting outdoors offers a different setting from the usual church halls and community centres, and it is worth dressing for the weather. As with all AA meetings, there is no charge to attend and no need to book, and wheelchair access has not been confirmed for the garden setting.
