Cinderford

Every Wednesday at 7.30pm, the Cinderford meeting brings people together at The Wesley, the Forest of Dean Community and Arts Centre on Belle Vue Road. Serving Cinderford, Newnham and Westbury-on-Severn, this open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting welcomes anyone affected by drinking, whether they are seeking to stop themselves or supporting someone who is. It runs for an hour and takes the usual AA format of shared experience rather than professional advice or counselling. The venue is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge to attend and no need to register beforehand, so newcomers can simply arrive a few minutes before 7.30pm and take a seat, listening or sharing as they feel comfortable.
