Niedzielna Medytacja; Polish Speaking Meeting

Niedzielna Medytacja is a Polish-speaking Narcotics Anonymous meeting held on Sunday afternoons from 4pm at St Michaels Church on Bounds Green Road, on the corner with Wood Green High Road in Haringey. The session lasts an hour and a half and begins with ten minutes of quiet meditation before moving into Living Clean study. The room is a small hut behind the main church, in a small extension you reach by walking round the building. It is an open meeting, so anyone with an interest is welcome alongside those with a desire to stop using drugs. The venue is wheelchair accessible and is a short walk from Wood Green tube station.
