About this meeting

Marple Recovery meets on Sunday evenings at 7.30pm at Marple Methodist Church on Church Lane, in the Marple area of Stockport. The meeting runs for an hour and a half, ending at 9pm, and offers a steady end-of-weekend fixture for people in Marple, Marple Bridge and the surrounding villages who would otherwise face a trek into Stockport itself. It is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, which means it is for people who have a desire to stop drinking, or who have started to question their drinking, rather than a public information session. If that describes you, you can simply turn up on the night. The church is wheelchair accessible.
