Margate Hope & Gratitude

Hope & Gratitude is a Wednesday afternoon AA meeting at St Johns Community Centre, next to St Johns Church on Victoria Road in Margate, running from 1.30pm for an hour. It is an open meeting, which means anyone can attend, whether you have a desire to stop drinking yourself or you are a relative, friend or professional wanting to see how AA works. An afternoon meeting suits people who struggle with early mornings or evenings, and the centre is wheelchair accessible. The group operates a chit system, so attendance slips can be signed if a court, probation officer or treatment service needs evidence you were there. Free, unbooked, and newcomers welcome.
