Manchester You Are Not Alone

You Are Not Alone lives up to its name: an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Union Chapel, 2 Wellington Road in Fallowfield, every Friday evening at 7pm. Because it is open, anyone can attend, whether you are troubled by your own drinking, accompanying someone who is, or a professional wanting to see how AA works from the inside. The meeting runs for an hour and a half. Union Chapel is wheelchair accessible and, unusually for meetings in this area, has provision for people with hearing impairment as well. It shares the building with the Wednesday night book study group, so a closed, more structured meeting is available at the same address earlier in the week.
