About this meeting
Long Ashton Tuesday Morning meets weekly at 11.30am at the Guide Hut, home of Long Ashton District Girl Guiding, on Weston Road, near Bristol. Al-Anon Family Groups support people affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, rather than the person who drinks. As an open meeting, it welcomes anyone with an interest, including a first-time visitor, without any need to arrange it beforehand. The meeting runs for an hour and a half, offering a settled midweek morning session. There is no cost and no booking process; those attending can simply arrive a little before 11.30am and take a seat, joining in as much or as little as they choose.
