About this meeting
Every Thursday at 6pm, this Overeaters Anonymous group meets at Hinde Street Methodist Church in the West End of Westminster. Come in through 19 Thayer Street and head down the stairs to the meeting room. Sessions run for an hour and alternate between a topic discussion and a 12-step reading, so you'll get a good sense of both how members share and how the programme works. It's an open meeting, which means anyone is welcome, whether you're curious, supporting someone, or looking for help yourself. OA is for anyone with a desire to stop eating compulsively. There's no need to speak if you'd rather just listen. Ana is the local contact if you'd like to check anything before you turn up.
