Leytonstone Whipps Cross

This Wednesday night meeting takes place inside Whipps Cross Hospital, in the Board Room off the main corridor. Go in through the main entrance and follow the main corridor to junction 6; the Board Room is on the right. Starting at 8pm and running for an hour and a half, it is an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, so patients, staff, visitors, family members and anyone with a desire to stop drinking are all welcome. It is a chip meeting, where members mark milestones in their sobriety. The hospital setting means the venue is wheelchair accessible. Attendance is free, there is no booking, and you can simply follow the signs and take a seat.
