Killarney Tuesday

Killarney hosts a weekly Al-Anon Family Groups meeting on Tuesdays at 8pm, based at St Clare's House on Beech Road, Demesne, by the New Street car park. The fellowship is for people who have lived with someone else's drinking - a partner, a parent, a child, a friend - and gives them a place that is about their own experience, not the drinker's, however that drinking has affected them. The meeting is open, meaning anyone can come along, including first-timers, professionals working in the field, and people who simply want to learn more about how Al-Anon works. Expect the meeting to run for roughly an hour; there is no register, no fee and no need to contact anyone first before coming along.
